📋 Our in-house Project Management process


1. Initial Consultation & Brief

  • Meet with the client to understand their needs, goals, brand, and site specifics.

  • Gather key details: signage type, dimensions, location, materials, timeline, and budget.

  • Discuss any design preferences, compliance issues, or unique challenges.


2. Site Survey

  • Visit the location to:

    • Take accurate measurements and photographs

    • Assess structural considerations

    • Review electrical access (for illuminated signage)

    • Identify potential installation constraints


3. Design & Visualisation

  • Create concept designs or technical drawings based on the brief and survey.

  • Provide visual mock-ups, material samples, and lighting options (if needed).

  • Revise designs based on client feedback to finalize the artwork and specification.


4. Quotation & Approval

  • Present a detailed quote, including:

    • Design

    • Manufacturing

    • Installation

    • Optional maintenance or service packages

  • Obtain written approval and any necessary purchase orders or contracts.


5. Planning & Permissions (if applicable)

  • Submit planning applications or work with landlords/local councils for approvals.

  • Ensure compliance with local signage regulations, zoning laws, or building restrictions.


6. Production & Fabrication

  • Manufacture signage using approved materials, finishes, and lighting.

  • Quality control checks throughout the process to ensure accuracy and durability.

  • Coordinate schedules for any outsourced components or sub-contractors if needed.


7. Installation Planning

  • Book installation dates in line with client timelines and site access availability.

  • Arrange for:

    • Equipment (e.g., access platforms)

    • Safety measures (RAMS: Risk Assessments and Method Statements)

    • On-site personnel and logistics


8. Installation

  • Experienced fitters complete the install to the highest safety and aesthetic standards.

  • Perform final on-site checks, clean-up, and ensure functionality (especially for illuminated or digital signs).


9. Handover & Sign-Off

  • Walk the client through the finished installation.

  • Provide care instructions, warranties, and documentation if applicable.

  • Gather feedback and confirm client satisfaction.


10. Aftercare & Maintenance (Optional)

  • Offer ongoing support services such as:

    • Scheduled maintenance

    • Repairs

    • Updates (e.g., for modular or digital signage)
