Nestle have recently made massive investment commitments within the UK which include the £9m facelift of its York office and have an active focus on Green and Recycling Projects.

Sovereign were awarded a 5 figure sum for the signage requirements as part of the huge development.

Our brief was to supply, manufacture and install ‘green’ signage and we took the lead on specifying which materials would be used for the site and ensured the products were recycled and recyclable.

This included;

• Recycled textiles (made from plastic bottles)
• Greencast acrylic (recycled and recyclable)
• PVC free board (biodegradable and compostable as well as recyclable)
• Aluminium (recyclable)
• Ethically sourced wood

Over 750 individual signs were produced and fitted by Sovereign Signs ready for the return to the workplace of the York colleagues, and their dogs!
