Priority Sites

Priority Sites is a unique joint venture which brings together the strengths of a major private-sector financial group, The Royal Bank of Scotland, and a public-sector national regeneration agency, English Partnerships.
Priority Sites specialise in the development of new business space in partnership with landowners, regional development agencies, local authorities and businesses. Development programmes are fully funded with secured investment facilities from shareholders and other sources.

Sites are focussed within nominated regeneration areas of England, with most schemes being built on business parks, city centre locations or as part of mixed-use schemes. Development of speculative space is a speciality and most accommodation is available to let or for sale.

Sovereign have now designed, manufactured and installed bespoke signage schemes at two of Priority Sites key locations - Capitol Court, Barnsley and Two Humber Quays, Hull. Both sites enabled Sovereign to show our innovation from the design office through production to installation

Each of these schemes had to be representative of the building in question resulting in two very different specifications. Whilst Two Humber quays appears softer with light timber and polished stainless steel, Capitol Court has more of a rugged look with stainless steel plaques fixed to folded mesh trays.
