Waterside Retail Park at Ashbourne, Derbyshire is yet another example of Sovereigns ability to deliver large (bigger!!!) scale projects to exacting standards.
On behalf of our client B & K Building Services of Derby, Sovereign produced this flag mounted single leg pole sign with six (6) curved internally illuminated flex-face boxes. The overall size of the sign is 10500mm x 4109mm with the pole possessing a diameter of 508mm. The base plate is 900 x900 and secured with 16 x 30mm fixing bolts. All in all quite a construction.
Sovereign worked closely with the client, architect and structural engineer to achieve the complicated steel framework. Drawings and seigns were all produced in house by the Sovereign's design team utilising our 'SolidWorks' software.
Steelwork was manufactured, in-house, in sections and transported to site where assembled was undertakien using a HIAB, a GENIE 45 and a crane.
